$2,100 cap on Part D drug costs

In 2026, your yearly out-of-pocket costs for covered Part D prescription drugs are capped at $2,100. Once you hit it, you pay $0 for covered drugs the rest of the year.

Negotiated drug prices begin

Medicare is now negotiating prices on a select group of high-cost prescription drugs — meaning lower costs at the pharmacy counter for many people on Part D.

Advanced Primary Care Management

Medicare now pays for monthly care-coordination services. Your provider must offer 24/7 access to your care team and tailor care to your needs.

Expanded colorectal cancer screening

Medicare now covers a wider range of colorectal cancer screenings, including CT colonography. Early detection is one of the most powerful tools we have.
